‘Customers’ who need help and ‘Taskers’ who are willing to provide help, are linked through the App & website.

A customer can request a Household, Office, Senior Citizen, Conceirge or any service that he/she needs. These requests would be sent to all available Taskers.

The Tasker who chooses the job first would be able to start & fulfil it. Once a Tasker selects the job, the Customer is immediately notified about the Tasker’s Name & Contact details. Real-time tracker provides information on the Tasker’s whereabouts. Customer would be able to find the status of the task, at any point in time. When in doubt, both the Tasker & the Customer would be able to interact with each other via Telephone / In-App Chat.

In the event of Purchases, using the App, the Tasker would be able to send the invoice / bill to the customer for proof.
The entire process is transparent and can be tracked from Start to End.
